<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;"><span>It is a phenomenal investment for any of your leaders &#8211; don’t squawk about the price – it costs more to hire them &amp; will cost more to fire them with unemployment so pay the $249 &amp; invest in their future with you &amp; your company.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;"><span>The film does a great job of inspiring just as the original but takes you to other sorts of organizations where you can see the philosophy implemented in another atmosphere.<span> </span>This makes it clear to see that the philosophy is easy to incorporate into any organization where you are looking for universal change.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-size:10pt;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-size:10pt;">This meeting opener can be used as just that – an extra part to kick off or close out your meeting but it also has the capability to be a session in and of itself.<span> </span>It has an excellent Leader’s Guide that accompanies the film which enables the facilitator to extend on the session with an activity and more room for discussion about the films itself and ways that we as employees can rise above “good enough” to truly be our very best every day – and what that transition can do to effect a companies bottom line.</span></p>
