Leader Fish!, Leader Fish! Where can you see a full length online preview of Leader Fish!? – NOWHERE…Funny because most people who are great leaders “see” that behavior somewhere and choose to emulate it – hard to buy it if you can’t see it – but then again if you liked the original Fish! program, there’s no reason that you would not like the Leader Fish! training video. It can be implemented as a Leadership training video or Management training video.

It is a phenomenal investment for any of your leaders – don’t squawk about the price – it costs more to hire them & will cost more to fire them with unemployment so pay the $249 & invest in their future with you & your company.

The film does a great job of inspiring just as the original but takes you to other sorts of organizations where you can see the philosophy implemented in another atmosphere. This makes it clear to see that the philosophy is easy to incorporate into any organization where you are looking for universal change.

The workbook is excellent – and everyone loves a workbook! A great tool for actually getting the thoughts and processes down on paper and for reference in the future – meaning this employee will be around in the future…so the huge initial investment of $249 will have paid off…if you’ve truly implemented the philosophy as a way of “working.”

Village of 100

The “Village of 100” diversity training video is super as a meeting opener, refresher for discussion or as a stand alone program – you can get a lot of mileage out of this one and for the price ($395) it should be an add on to any and every diversity training session. It gives perspective on how the world would look if all of us in it were categorized into just 100 people.

The statistics can be a great gateway into various discussions on race, poverty, literacy and disease, all of which either separate us or tie us together – depending on how you choose to view the population as a whole. Do you see diversity as something that separates us or something that can teach us? Tear us apart or make us stronger together?

Take a look – see where you may fit in if we were in a “Village of 100.”

Is Good Enough?

Well if you have to ask then obviously it’s not – 99.9% is just under par – but then again I was under the impression that giving 110% of yourself at your work everyday was the minimum, so I may be out of the loop on this one all together…

I feel that the “Is Good Enough?” training video is a great film to give the viewing audience a perspective of what is possible when we do a “good job” at work instead of our best. A good job seems to be fine if it has nothing to do with us personally – but all over the world, every day a “good job” can be done that actually does end up affecting us personally in one form or another. Whether it be with our mail, landing gear or tires, “good enough” is an understatement and not good enough for me.

This meeting opener can be used as just that – an extra part to kick off or close out your meeting but it also has the capability to be a session in and of itself. It has an excellent Leader’s Guide that accompanies the film which enables the facilitator to extend on the session with an activity and more room for discussion about the films itself and ways that we as employees can rise above “good enough” to truly be our very best every day – and what that transition can do to effect a companies bottom line.

Give the effort everyday at work that you expect to receive – you never know – your “good enough” may have sent a newborn home with the wrong parents…

His works are of a cerebral nature and can captivate an audience by generating ideas from his natural visual stimuli – you must interpret vs. just absorb bullet points and procedure steps as with any of his creations.

The Everyday Creativity training video falls under the inspirational category and can be used as an innovative tool to get your team or individual self to the next level in your creative goals setting. Be aware of your audience – this training video is not for everyone – be sure that this sort of content and presentation will be an effective motivator for your particular audience.

More Than A Gut Feeling

Love it, Love it, Love it…A must have for any & every training curriculum. Any company who hires employees & uses, or is considering incorporating media videos into their training curriculum, must have this gem in their growing library.

The “More Than A Gut Feeling” training video uses behavioral based interviewing (past behavior indicates future behavior) to get an idea of how a perspective interviewee may conduct themselves in the future based on their actions in the past. It also does a great job of setting up a checklist for the interviewer to review to make sure that they too are prepared on all fronts for the interview process.

This video can be considered the key to your next great hire – knowing to get “specific” examples of past situations & behavior, being comfortable as the interviewer with the silence that sometimes comes while waiting to receive those “specifics” as well as trusting that it’s more than a gut feeling that gets the right fit for the position – for the long haul.

Best advice I could give for this particular film…buy it. Enough Said.
